Heidi's Duck Egg Project

Heidi is doing a month long project hatching 6 duck eggs, with a bit of luck! We have one Aylesbury already called Heidi as she was hatched on Heidi's 9th birthday last year, and she needs some friends, aside from our 25 various chickens!

So Heidi has popped her eggs in the incubator today and researched on Google how long they incubate, what temperature, when to turn, when to stop turning the eggs etc.

I've attached a few photos of her planning. Hope to have a few pics of chicks in the next month.
