Transition morning

The whole school enjoyed a transition morning today, spending time in their new classes with their new teachers and, in some cases, new classmates. Every class was a hive of activity and we were delighted to welcome some new September starters into different classes for a taster day ahead of starting properly next term. We were also excited to spend the morning with 38 lovely Reception 2019 starters, who found their feet and enjoyed playing with other and spending more time with their teachers after last week's teddy bears' picnic.
In another change, we said goodbye to Mrs Nash, who left today having covered Mrs Loveland's maternity leave. We were sad to see her go but wish her all the very best for the future.
